Our appartement is located in the sunny "Mühltal" - below of Westendorf with an outlook to the Kitzbüheler alps. The center of Westendorf is approx. 1,4 km away.
A little bit apart from the party scene in Westendorf you can spend a comfortable winter holiday with the whole family at our appartement.
Within 5 minutes of drive you can reach the gondola lifts of Westendorf and Brixen. The center of Westendorf is even nearer!
The villages Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg in Tirol and Westendorf are nestled in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps on the sunny plateau of the Brixen Valley at around 800 m. They offer a huge skiing area and a large network of hiking and biking trails, a variety of events and great destinations...

A feel-good appartement!
The apartment is attached to our house and offer all the necessary comfort to spend a cozy vacation. Up to 4 persons can be accommodated in the apartment of approx. 70 m2 (on 2 floors).
Living room
The living room offers a beautiful view to the mountain of the Kitzbüheler Alps. An extendable couch, a comfortable chairs invite you to spend homelike family evenings in front of the TV or by playing a board game.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped and offers besides a fridge, electric stove, dishwasher and vent hood also a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and an egg boiler. A dining table with a bench and 4 chairs are also part of the kitchen.
Bed rooms
A bed room with a double bed and a bed room with 2 single beds offer a sleeping possibilities for 4 persons.
Bath / Toilets
We offer 2 bath rooms with walk-in shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also part of each bath room. A seperate toilet on the ground floor completes the offer.
Storage room with shoe dryer
A storage room with a shoe dryer (for up to 10 pairs) is also part of the appartement.
Babies
If you travel with a baby we can also provide a baby crib and a high chair.
Internet
You can share your holiday impressions with your colleagues and friends immediately - WLAN is available for free.
Garden & Parking
Besides a garden there are 2 parking lots for our guest available.

Payment
On reservation we ask for a pre-payment of approx. 30 % of the total price via bank transfer. Rest payment on arrival - cash or per bank transfer.
